Dillon Foerster is the founding principal. His role is acquisitions, leasing, and property management. In business, he has overseen center remodels, tenant build outs, acquisitions, underwriting, and leasing. Dillon also has experience in property tax protests and cost segregation. He grew up in Dallas where he attended Jesuit College Preparatory School. He earned his degree in accounting and minored in real estate from the University of Arkansas. His hobbies include: the outdoors, especially fishing, hunting, and skiing. He also enjoys traveling.
